The DC Film Office will temporarily close in the event of a federal government shutdown. Calls and emails to the agency will be responded to as soon as possible after the shutdown has been resolved.
In the event of a Federal Government shutdown and subsequent DC Government shutdown, the DC Office of Motion Picture and Television Development will be closed and unable to respond to inquiries or process film permit applications. Any calls placed to the agency, or emails sent to [email protected] will be responded to as soon as possible when operations resume after the government shutdown has been resolved.
