Reel Talk with Film DC features Eugene Brown, the man whose story is the inspiration behind the new independent feature Life of a King starring Academy Award Winner Cuba Gooding, Jr. The film, which premieres this week, is an inspiring story of an ex-convict who starts a chess club for at-risk youth in the District’s Deanwood neighborhood.
