To celebrate this holiday season, DCN invited local recording artists from all genres to share their gift of music in a special television series called "Sounds of the Holidays". On a stage dressed in holiday style, some of the DMV's most talented vocalists and musicians performed their favorite Christmas songs and shared fond memories about personal holiday traditions. Musical performances included renditions of Christmas songs both traditional and secular, as well as classical, R&B, and even a rousing performance from The Howard Gospel Choir! Hosted by The 202's Ferman Patterson and Michel Wright, the "Sounds of the Holidays" series is a special musical gift from the DCN family that airs throughout the holiday season.
