The District of Columbia Office of Motion Picture and Television Development (MPTD) is pleased to honor award-winning producer and director Harold Jackson III as the August Filmmaker of the Month.

Harold Jackson III is an Emmy-nominated producer and winner of the Emerging Filmmaker award at the North Carolina Black Film Festival (NCBFF).
