Angie M. Gates was recently appointed as the new director of the Office of Motion Picture and Television Development (MPTD). Angie Gates comes to MPTD from a diverse career in live entertainment and film, having served most recently as the general manager of the historic Warner Theatre. Angie speaks on her background, vision for the agency, and what she finds most promising about the film and television landscape in the District.
